Health Bridge Self-Pay Program

At Primary Care Plus, we recognize the rising cost of health insurance and that many companies are finding it hard to provide health coverage for their employees. We also recognize the economic situation of our community and the need for cost-effective medical care with cost transparency. Therefore, we have developed our Health Bridge Program.  The Health Bridge Program is our self-pay program and is designed for those patients who do not have health insurance either because of loss of employment, no employer insurance available, or those who choose not to carry health insurance.  If you are self-pay, our healthcare team will work with you to make your visit as cost effective as possible.

A Self-Pay Patient is one who pays in full at the time of visit for our services and we are not required to file claim or submit any documentation on his/her behalf to a third party. We provide prompt-pay discounts to self-pay patients when payment is made in full at the time of visit.

We understand that a higher cost can be incurred if acute and chronic medical care is neglected or if preventive medical care is delayed. That is why we make it easy to obtain healthcare - we are affordable, we are convenient, and we take the complexity out of your decision-making when seeking medical care.
